(Month-of Planning)
Introducing our Month-of package, starting at $2,189, designed to provide you with the support you need to ensure a seamless and stress-free execution of your upcoming event. Whether you've already planned your event or feeling overwhelmed with the final details, we offer text coordination, timeline building, and on-site management for 8 hours, along with last-minute vendor recommendations. Our team of experienced event coordinators will work closely with you in the weeks leading up to your event, offering a week-of checklist and three follow-up meetings to finalize all the details. With our expertise, you can have peace of mind and enjoy your special day without worrying about the details. Trust us to take care of everything and create beautiful capturable moments for you to cherish forever.
Phase IV
(Week-of Management)
Our "Week-of" event coordination package is designed to help clients who have already planned their event but need assistance with execution at an affordable $1,689. We offer text coordination from Monday-Friday between 8:00am-7:00pm, timeline building, vendor coordination, and 8 hours of on-site management. We can also provide last-minute vendor recommendations for floral, catering, venue, dress, hair & makeup. Our package includes a day-of rehearsal, photography/videography shot list add-ons/accommodations, an MC, and a day-of checklist to ensure that your event is executed flawlessly.
Hourly Services & Consulting
Need professional event management support but not sure where to start? My Hourly Services provide you with flexible virtual and in-person options to suit your needs, at a rate of $185 per hour.
With micro coordination and on-site support, we'll ensure your rehearsal dinner runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy the evening with your loved ones. We'll also provide expert guidance and feedback on timelines, contracts, and vendor selection, drawing on our extensive experience in the industry. Looking to up-skill and improve your own event planning abilities? Our mentorship and shadowing services offer valuable insights and knowledge to help you become a better event planner yourself. And, our skilled event hosts and MCs will keep your guests entertained and engaged, creating a memorable experience for all.
Whether you're close by or far away, we offer virtual coordination services to help you plan and manage your event from anywhere, with the same high level of support as in-person consulting. And, if you're looking to elevate your event with stunning balloon designs, we've got you covered, with a base fee of $200 plus $25 per foot.
